Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):
In this role, you should be able to understand the M2M connectivity requirements, IoT Solutions requirements and technical design of communication for B2B/Enterprise customers, You are responsible for managing or support managing M2M & IoT Solutions portfolio. You need to be able to take care of pricing, process reengineering, developing new solution, enhancing existing solutions and facilitate business development & sales.
The main areas of responsibilities for this role are:
  • 5G IoT Connectivity GTM strategy planning and execution 
  • Develop and creates pipeline
  • Prospects and qualifies leads
  • Work with an ecosystem of partners, sales, other verticals to deliver the projects in backlog.
  • Ownership of 5G Connectivity Revenue Target and forecast

Duties & Responsibilities (by role) :
  • Develop a GTM strategy [Go To Market] with short and long term objectives for the 5G IoT Connectivity products and projects.
  • Execute the GTM strategy with sales, customers and partners.
  • Manage accounts and relationship with customer through sales team
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of solutions and project sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Engage and pull resources from other IoT experts to achieve the GTM strategy.
  • Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries
  • Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients
  • Prepare presentation and sales supporting material for the client and researching on their needs
  • Qualify business opportunities, handle different customer proposals at the same time and with different maturity status
  • Lead cross functional teams to ensure e2e excellence in customer experience and business growth for the digital solution category
  • Effectively communicate different implementation strategies with customers and evaluate and assess different implementation options
  • Develop commercially viable propositions, with minimized risk and aligned with the strategy of both the client and Etisalat
  • Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge
  • Collaborate with Etisalat Digital architect & product marketing team across digital solutions to find opportunities for and showcase ideas in the Innovation and emerging business pipeline
  • Contributes in the implementation of the overall business strategy by meeting business customer demands as subject matter expert in platform and solution delivery regarding complex bespoke solutions
  • Plan and execute innovation and emerging business trends to take new ideas/ opportunities from ideation phase to the incubation phase
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
Formal Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business Administration
  • Master on Business Administration / Marketing

Job Profile Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar roles as Product Management, Sales, Business Development with track record & reference of projects completed preferably in 5G, IoT, M2M & Telecom sectors.
  • Track record & reference of successful launching of Projects [preferred 5G Connectivity], products and Solutions, Concept papers, Business Case Financials, product management for Business segments.
  • 10+ years of experience in a job in the UAE market (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
  • UAE residency & Driving License.
  • Arabic Native Language preferred
