Job Summary:
To manage activities related to organization design function that includes, organization structure, competencies frame work, job evaluation, workforce planning, and analysis of the gap between its current state and where it wants to be in future, and the design of organizational practices that will bridge that gap. In addition, working alongside teams in Human Capital and cross-functional exposure to other units. 


General Focus Area
  • Provide support in implementing Organization Development Section’s policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls as well as highlight process change if needed
  • Draft detailed implementation plans for achieving process excellence and the ongoing management of these projects.
  • Resolve all non-compliance cases and reduce non-compliance through ensuring the availability and promotion of stipulated policies and procedures
  • Daily guidance and monitoring activities of junior team members

Functional Focus Area
  • Conduct organization design actions and efforts to define functions, jobs, titles, and the career framework
  • Review and ensure org structures meet PIF goals and objectives
  • Identify organization positions based on current/updated organization structure
  • Develop and maintain competencies framework
  • Conduct job analysis, collect/update current JDs and oversee development of required accountabilities for new/updated positions
  • Manage development of a detailed technical and behavioral competency framework and map competencies to organizational jobs
  • Manage organization structure, job families, grading structure, and positions, and reflect them in the HR IT system
  • Manage job evaluation using evaluation system methodology
  • Work with business heads to develop their workforce plan
  • Conduct identification of required new headcount or opportunity for promotions in line with the succession plan, in accordance with the workforce strategy
  • Conduct capacity assessments and human resources analytics to analyze volume of work for org. structural enhancements
  • Provide input for forecasting manpower needs in line with current and future business needs
  • Monitor workforce budget
