Job Description

Assist Broker and Direct Large Corporate clients for all their escalations related to their Group Medical Insurance whilst adhering to DHA / HAAD regulations. Coordinate with Operations Team for the resolution of escalations. Follow-up and communication of solutions to Broker / Clients.

  • Delayed deletions
  • Delayed certificates
  • Pre-approvals / reimbursement claims issues
  • Provider service issues
  • Co-ordination on credit / debit note issues
  • SOA issue
  • Coordinating account unblocking for policy renewal
  • Resolving Broker / Client complaints
  • Escalation for non-response from Operational Teams

  • A detailed knowledge of medical insurance to include pre-approval and reimbursement processes
  • A detailed knowledge of Account Management
  • At least 3 years experience required in administrative and customer service in the Healthcare Insurance industry
  • Completed Tertiary Education
