The Main Purpose of your role is to: 
Handle the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the talent acquisition processes (tech and non-tech), including planning, sourcing, assessing and reporting. Be a responsible person for the wellbeing, organisation and administration of all our team members. You are also responsible for the recruitment process of new team members and to answer all HR related queries.

(Some of) What you will be doing:
  • Understand department and company’s recruitment needs
  • Understand technical company requirements
  • Screen and identify qualified and suitable candidates against vacancies
  • Source and provide constant diverse candidate profiles
  • Arrange and conduct interviews, give feedback and schedule necessary follow-ups
  • Communicate professionally with all candidates
  • Have control and knowledge of our recruitment engines
  • Preparation of offer letters, and all recruitment communication
  • Responsible for maintaining records of all documents and following up on any missing documents before employment
  • Maintain accurate and up – to – date information on offers sent and changes
  • Support and complete onboarding process
  • Assist L&D Manager on creation and maintenance of Job Descriptions
  • Co-ordination and communication with all departments on recruitment plans and schedules

Do you have some of these ?
  • Experience in recruitment process, job posting portals
  • Bachelor Degree in Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, and other related field
  • Recruitment experience in a Tech company
  • Preferred experience in Human Resources
  • Preferred certifications: CIPD, CHRM, PHRi
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Demonstrated strengths in recruitment and selection processes with knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience with state and Qatar local Employment laws and regulations
