Job Description

The Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) will be responsible for a regional hub and lead, manage, motivate and support the onsite teams of Relationship Managers to engage and service employers in the supermarket and hypermarket sector. The RRM should have strong ability to develop a high performing team and build strong relationships with employers and strategic partners across the private and government sectors. The RRM Manager should be able to travel to all hub sites on a regular basis


Skills, knowledge and experience:
• Degree in business management, or similar management experience
• Experience of leading and building team • Knowledge of private sector
• English Fluency
• 5+ years of work experience in customer/sales/people facing business environments
• Demonstrated/track record of management and/or team leadership and management of more than 6 team members
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven experience of engaging and influencing customers
• Knowledge of the current Labor Market and policies would be advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects for on time delivery of the highest quality
• Business planning, resource and budget management capability
• Management experience in a customer or business services industry
