We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Media Sales to join our Retail Specialty leasing & Media and promotions team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clients (agencies or direct) in order to create propositions of substantial value (actual or potential revenue) and meet the overall targets set for selling advertising opportunities across the Retail Media Network. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Design & propose commercial policies (customized per client type & asset) to the HOD, assisting in the overall formulation of the department Sales Strategy
  • Build relationships within targeted companies, including decision makers, influencers and support key stakeholders.
  • Create business opportunities and alliances (inclusive of AVR arrangements where applicable) with agencies to maximize the company’s revenues
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, for the development & constant refinement of the Digital & Static Media network.
  • Manage (and eventually lead the team that manages) the Digital & Static Media network advertising network within DHAM ensuring quality of delivery and high levels of occupancy.
  • Focus on strategic clients and major Media buyers, in order to secure key deals and bulk purchasing, resulting in significant revenue contribution for the Digital network.
  • Cooperate with Media Stakeholders of international appeal, in order to extend the commercial reach of our Digital network to international accounts.
  • Deliver annual revenue targets for Media per asset – once team established, via the target achievement by the sales executives.
  • Ensure quality assurance for all Branding/Digital campaign execution (quality of stands, timeliness of installation, staff conduct, overall aesthetics) within DHAM
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across all Media setups installed within DHAM
  • Liaise with Agencies & 3rd Party commercial partners, to ensure full compliance to DHAM Standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in management/ Administration
Experience:
5 - 7 years’ experience in real estate media sales
